Whether it's mending, mowing, harvesting or making. Russel rises to any challenge we throw at him, another long serving member of the team. Russel remains calm under any pressure and enables us each harvest into the barn no matter whatever the weather throws at us. 

Dave is Mr. Seed!

He combines 25 years agricultural experience with a specialism in seed production and processing. 

His hands-on knowledge of all of our crops, from field-walking through to harvesting and specialist seed-cleaning makes him the linch-pin of the whole operation.

With almost 40 years’ experience within the seed industry both at home and abroad, Nigel’s own specialist seed company currently turns over in excess of £10 million per annum. Nigel has an encyclopaedic knowledge of the seed trade and how things grow and is single minded in achieving any goal set, to the highest standard.

Catherine has a passion for biology and botany; coupled with her hands on, practical approach, she manages an estate in Wales which includes over 100 acres of wildflower crops. Utilising her experience and enjoyment of science, finding solutions to the challenges raised by the more unusual crops is a speciality of hers.
